个人简介：
王徐芳，1999年获得清华大学电子工程系学士学位，2001年和2005年分别获得香港大学电机与电子工程系无线通信专业硕士和博士学位。2001.9-2002.8任香港大学电机与电子工程系助理研究员，参与第三代移动通信模型机的开发。2005.8加入中国电信，曾获电信集团科技进步奖，高级工程师，拥有丰富的通信工程管理及实践经验。现为福建师范大学光电与信息工程学院副教授。主持福建省自然科学基金面上项目等。拥有9项授权发明专利。
