个人简介
吴天敏,教授,博士生导师,福建省“闽江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、福建师范大学“宝琛计划”海外高端人才。目前以第一作者及通讯作者在Nat. Commun. (3篇),Nano Energy (2篇),Adv. Funct. Mater. (4篇),J. Phys. Chem. Lett. (2篇),J. Mater. Chem. A (2篇),ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces (2篇),Chin. Chem. Lett.,Nano Mater. Sci.,Comp. Sci. Tech.,Mater. Horiz.,Nanoscale及J. Chem. Phys.等国内外期刊发表论文32篇(中科院SCI一区 20篇)。先后承担/参与多项国家自然科学基金和省级自然科学基金项目,面向材料设计开发了机器学习算法程序(软件著作权:2024SR1232639)等。
主要研究方向
> 机器学习赋能材料设计及构-效关系研究
采用机器学习算法同密度泛函理论相结合,从理论层面加速光电、热电以及压电等功能性材料设计和搜索。致力于探索新颖的机器学习方法及完善相关材料数据库,深度挖掘材料内部构-效关系并发展材料机器学习新策略,以期使机器学习方法更为精确和有效地开展新型功能性材料挖掘工作;
> 理论辅助光电材料及传感器设计与合成
结合密度泛函理论和高通量计算,构建相关光电材料和水凝胶传感器等材料数据库,运用机器学习对理论及实验数据进行剖析,发掘潜藏的材料组分与材料电子结构及物理化学性质之间深层次关联并通过实验反馈修正和优化理论模型,进而指导实验开展材料设计合成,实现理论-实验相结合的迭代设计合成闭环;
> 光电器件/材料内部微观动力学研究
从第一性原理计算出发,结合简化物理模型、玻尔兹曼输运理论以及非平衡格林函数理论(NEGF)系统开展光电、热电和压电材料及相关器件内部载流子动力学、准粒子声子输运、量子输运性质及激子等激发态动力学研究,结合实验从理论层面有效阐释器件及材料内部微观动力学演化过程。
