个人简介
黄祖芳,教授,光学工程博士生导师。2004年毕业于福建师范大学物理学专业,2013年获得光学工程博士学位,随后2015-2017年在美国约翰霍普金斯大学从事2年的博士后科研工作。近十多年来一直从事生物医学与光学交叉领域的相关研究,早期主要从事光动力诊疗,共聚焦/多光子显微成像研究,目前主要致力于拉曼光谱的检测,拉曼光谱成像以及多元数据方法处理的研究。
承担课程
现代光学成像技术,数字电路实验,模拟电路实验,光信息综合实验以及电工电子学等。
研究方向
主要从事生物医学光学交叉领域的研究,主要开展纳米粒子材料在生物医学诊断的研究应用,生物传感和床旁(Point-of-Care)的医学体外检测(侧重于生殖生育和重大疾病的早期诊断检测)。研究内容涵盖:
1.增强拉曼光谱信号的纳米材料制备与表征;
2.便携式,小型化的生化传感技术、方法的开发;
3. 光谱信号、图像采集,优化以及综合处理分析;
4. 基于光、声镊与微流控技术等,实现细胞、纳米颗粒的微操纵和检测
